Our S&C class is a one hour full body strength and interval cardio session, featuring popular and effective training protocols used in powerlifting, strongman, and martial arts strength and conditioning programs. All of our circuits are scalable to any ability level, and participants are guided by our instructors to maximize their results and achieve their fitness goals. Suitable for our athletes looking to gain an edge in competition, or any student looking to improve their fitness level.
